Matte Monday: Velvet Drapes...

Hello everyone!  Hope your day is bright and happy!  I have a new matte mani for you today.  I think it looks either like velvet drapes or a bed spread.  Since I have began this matte series I notice that I love the look of a dark base with a metallic stamp.  I hope you do not get tired of this combo because I have so many color combos I want to try!  Today you also get to see my right hand!  It only happens every once in a while.


Mani Ingredients
Base color- Sally Hansen Pat on the Black
Stamping polish-China Glaze Passion
Image plate-Pueen 44
Top coat-OPI Matte Top Coat


I think these are beautiful!  I also love the base color much more than I thought I would.  I secretly love polishes that look black but aren't black.  I don't know why I guess I am a bit weird.  Oh well... :)  It happens to the best of us.

    Classic and beautiful design! I'll be keeping this image in mind for the nest little bit! No issue whats so ever with almost black polish! My favourite dark polish??? Are you kidding me, I have to pick ONE?? I guess it would be cult nails Nevermore, but only because I use it so frikken much. I love a lot of the dark core OPI shades like LPAD, William Tell Me About OPI (which is actually my moms), and the super dark green one, whose name escapes me atm. Also my favourite fall red is OPI Malaga Wine.
