Balloon nails...

Hello everyone!  I hope everyone is doing great!  Today the prompt is balloons.  I am not talented enough to do free hand so I am so happy to have a image plate with balloons.  I had a terrible time getting the image to work though.  I had to "edit" the balloon that was supposed to be a heart!  Uggg...Oh well I can't be perfect all the time!

Mani Ingredients
Base color-Sally Hansen Water Color
Stamping polishes-Sally Hansen Rapid Red and Clares White
Image plates-Bunny Nails HD-A and bornprettystore.com (Konad dupe) m79
Top coat-Seche Vite

Since I had nubs I am unable to fit too much on my nails at once so I decided to make a "sky scene" on all my nails.  Which clearly is the reason for the clouds.  Believe it or not I have never used the clouds image. 

What is your favorite topcoat??  Is it fast drying??  Thanks for stopping by!
