Cinderella Inspired Mani...

Hello!!  I hope everyone has had a great week!  Well you caught me... I am human.  I had such a busy day yesterday I missed my post.  Sorry about that.  Today I have my Cinderella inspired mani for you.  Once again I have not seen this movie.  I have seen the version with Brandy and Whitney Houston but not the original one.  The one I saw was a really cute movie.  When I was younger I like movies like Ninja Turtles and Lion King.  So I have not seen many of these girly princess movies.  Most of them I have seen as an adult though.  So now on to the mani...

Mani Ingredients
Base colors-Sinful Colors Cinderella and OPI Pirouette my Whistle
Stamping polishes- Kleancolor Metallic Orange and Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Co-bolt Blue
Image plates-Cheeky CH55, CH54 and Bundle Monster BM-222
Top coat-Seche Vite

So what do you think??  When I saw that Cinderella's dress was blue with sparkles I already knew what I would do to create a similar beauty.  Of course I had to use a nail polish called Cinderella.  I also finally used one of my pumpkin stamps.  I am not big on Halloween mani's but I have some ideas for this year.

Very random but I am not sure what is going to happen when Google makes this big change but please follow me on Bloglovin'.  Thanks in advance!

What were your favorite movies as a child??  Have you seen the original Cinderella??  Thanks for stopping by!

Argyle, Studs and Texture Oh My...

Hey everyone!  I hope everyone is doing well!  I have a mani for you today that finally made me feel like I am good well great at doing nails!  I just need to take better pictures or learn how to really work this camera and I will have myself a great little blog going on over here.  If you can't tell I am in love with this mani!

So today is also another happy moment for me.  I am doing my first official review!  Woot woot!  The studs used in the mani is from Kkcenterhk.  I looked and looked for some black circular studs so I was so happy to be able to review them!  So let's get on to this lovely mani...

Mani Ingredients
Base colors-Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Lacey Lilac and Milani Texture Purple Streak
Stamping polish-Kleancolor Metallic Purple
Studs-Kkcenterhk Item number NNAIL-DRN666 (Sent for review)
Image plate-Konad m60
Top coat-Seche Vite

I was so happy to not only review this product but to browse through their site.  They have so many unique items that I have not seen anywhere else.  Such pretty items and they are really reasonable as well.  If you click here you can get the exact studs I used in this mani.  Guess what else??  There is a coupon code that you can use to get 10% off your order.  The code is manisbymoore.  I got to pick my own code name so of course it would be my blog title.

Do you like studs??  How to you adhere your studs on your nails??  Thanks for stopping by!

So neon you need sunglasses...

Hey everyone!!  Hope your doing well!  I have some neon nails for you today!  I am attempting to get myself on some sort of schedule for posting.  I usually wear the mani's I blog about.  I am trying to stop painting my nails everyday which is what I do most of the time.  Sometimes it is just polish sometimes it is nail art.  I feel painting my nails is taking over my life.  I do love to paint my nails but I love spending time with my family more.  Does anyone have tips on how to better prioritize my time??  So on to the mani...

Mani Ingredients
Base colors-Orly Dayglow and Glowstick
Glitter accents-Icing Milky Way
Stamping polish-Kleancolor Black
Image plate-Cheeky CH37
Top coat-Seche Vite

How cute are the glasses with the neon polish??  Oh my goodness I keep falling deeper and deeper in love with black and white glitters!!  I finally found a shredded looked one on Etsy and it was on clearance!  Clearance is the best way to buy polish!  I purchased two more black and white glitters on eBay.  The Nabi and Kleancolor brand.  I actually purchased a whole set of 6 of Kleancolor matte glitters.  The are so cheap only $6.99 for all 6.  I hope they are nice when I get them.  I will more than likely love them regardless... yeah I will.

Do you like neon's??  How do you wear them??  On your toes or fingers or only an accent nail for those not as bold??  Thanks for stopping by!

Twin Post: Nautical Nails...

Hey everyone!!  I have a first for me today!  The lovely Jocelyn from Fetching Konad Creations and I are doing a Nautical Twin Post.  Neither of us have ever did a Nautical mani before so we thought this would be super fun!  I did not want to do typical colors.  So I did away with the red and added some pink.  Let's see what I came up with...

Mani Ingredients
Base colors-OPI Solitaire, Essence Color & Go Ultimate Pink and
Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Pacific Blue
Stamping polishes-Petites Sand Dune and Konad White
Image plates-Cheeky CH36 & CH10 and Bundle Monster BM08
Top coat-NYC Grand Central Station Quick Dry

So I had a hard time with the stripe stamp working the way I wanted it to.  I think it turned out okay.  I do plan on doing this again with the traditional colors though.  I wanted to add some studs but couldn't figure out where to put them.  Don't forget to check out Jocelyn's mani here.

Have you tried a nautical mani yet??  Which colors do you think look best with a nautical mani??  Thanks so much for stopping by!

Mulan Inspired Mani...

Hey everyone!  Today is the third prompt in the Disney Challenge.  Today also yet another movie I have never seen.  I googled and found a picture that I loved.  Once again I am not sure if this is the actual person from the movie but I still loved doing this mani.  I have been wanting do an Asian style mani for a while.  I still want to do another but this made me happy for the time being.  On to the mani...

Mani Ingredients
Base color-Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Grey Area
Stamping polishes-Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Rapid Red and Petites Sand Dune
Image plates-Bundle Monster BM-316 and BM-203, GCOCL B02

So what do you think??  I didn't want to use the plain pictures I saw on Google.  I decided on the one below.  I just knew I had to make my inspiration of those pants.  I love the way that they look!

Once again I have never seen this movie!  Sad I know.  I don't even have the slightest idea what the story line is.  Truthfully I hope this picture that I based my mani off of is actually Mulan.  LOL!  Please take a moment to vote for me here in the Crumpet's Amateur Contest.  Thanks in advance!

Have you seen this movie??  Is this Mulan??  Thanks for stopping by!

Clowning around with some neons...

Hey everyone!  I hope everyone is doing well!  I have my first indie polish I ever purchased here today.  I have been doing all sorts of mani's with this but just got to post a decent picture of it.  I have already used a lot out of the bottle and am thinking I should probably get a back up.  That is the polish hoarder in me talking.  So let's get on to the mani now...

Mani Ingredients
Base color-Orly Dayglow
Glitter toppers-Lush Lacquer Clowning Around and Salon Perfect Shocked
Gradient colors-China Glaze Pink Voltage and Hanging in the Balance
Top coat-Seche Vite
Image Plate-Cheeky CH51
Stamping polish-Kleancolor Black

So what do you think??  I am obsessed with this glitter top coat!  I am quickly creating different colors I can put underneath this beautiful neon glitter.  I have also seen people add one coat of this glitter and then a black and white glitter as well.  Now you know my obsession with black and white glitter right now.  Oh my goodness!  I plan to try that soon.

What do you think of the neon glitter??  Have you tried Clowning Around or something like it??  Thanks so much for stopping by!

Glittery Pink Butterflies for the Crumpet's Amateur Contest...

Hey everyone!!  I am once again entering the Crumpet's Amateur Competition.  I have stepped my game up this month.  The stamping and dotting was a bit troublesome for me but I got it together in the end.  I purchased the Nail Craze (check my spelling because I may be off) about 3 months ago and have been scared to death to use it.  Well I was scared for nothing.  It was no way near as bad as I thought it would be.  I have nubs as you all know and I was worried that I would have like zero black on the bottom of my nail.  It turned out rather cute if I say so myself.  Let's see what I came up with...

Mani Ingredients
Base color-Born Pretty store glitter polish #24
Stamping polish-Kleancolor Black
Accents- Folk Art Acrylic Paint Negro and Wicker White
Image plate-Nail Craze NC 01
Top coat-Seche Vite

So what do you think??  If you would like to you can vote for me or whichever mani you like here.  You can't vote until June 18th though.  I am definitely going to do this mani again but obviously use different colors.  I have Color Club Cosmic Fate coming in the mail.  A beautiful orange holo!!  I plan to use that color to try this stamp again.  I am going to also try it with a purple polish.  It will be so pretty!

Have you ever hand a mani you just simply do not want to take off??  What color's do you think would look best with this monarch butterfly stamp??  Thanks for stopping by!

Snow White Inspired Mani...

Hey everyone!!  Quick post today.  I am having fun with this challenge!  I may have over thought this one too much.  I love how it turned out though.

Mani Ingredients
Base colors-China Glaze Lemon Fizz & Sinful Colors Let's Meet
Stamping polishes-Kleancolor Metallic Red and Sapphire, Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Rapid Red, Petites Sand Dune
Glitter accents-China Glaze Ruby Pumps
Image plates-KD12, Cheeky CH29 & CH24, Mash 40 and Messy Mansion MM03
Top coat-Seche Vite

So I am somewhat embarrassed to say I have never seen this movie but know some bits and pieces about the movie.  This is obviously where I drew my inspiration from.  I know she bit an apple which is why the apple is in the mani.  I know that she fell into a deep sleep and needed a kiss to wake up.  I am possibly off on my information because I have never seen the movie but this is the best I can do.

I was not very happy with how the Metallic Sapphire played with my Seche Vite.  It smeared horribly bad.  I still thought it was cute!

So have you seen this movie??  Where exactly do the dwarfs come in??

Holo hearts...

Hey everyone!!  Hope everyone is doing great!!  Today I have some beautiful holo goodness for you!!  I am obsessed with holo's!!  I am on a mission to get all the Color Club holo's because in my opinion they are by far the best!!  Love love love them!!  I just felt like wearing a holo today so I did.  I did a really simple design on top because you can't wear a holo and cover it up with nail art!  I love to see it shine through.  Now on to the mani...

Mani Ingredients
Base color-Color Club Miss Bliss
Stamping polish-Kleancolor Black
Image plate-Pueen 41
Top coat-Seche Vite

I hope you like this simple mani as much as I do!!  Since the sun is blazing here today I thought there is no other way to celebrate than with a beautiful holographic nail polish!!  I just realized I have yet to wear a holo on my toes...hmmm note to self to do that before the summer is over.

So do you love holo's as well??  What is your favorite holographic nail polish??  If you can pick just one.  Lol.  I can't!  Thanks for stopping by!

Turquoise Kisses...

Hey everyone!!  Today I have a mani is something I threw together to use my new polish!!  Woot woot!!  Ever since I saw the Connect the Dots nail polish I had to have it.  Unfortunately I could not find a place to buy it.  Everyone who was using it in their blog posts was not putting a link to where you can purchase it.  So one day I was in Claire's and found Splatter Paint.  It is close enough to Connect the dots for me and made me happy!  So let's see how I put Splatter Paint to use...

Mani Ingredients
Base color-China Glaze Turned up Turquoise
Glitter accents-Claire's Splatter Paint
Stamping polishes-Kleancolor Black and Petites Sand Dune
Image plates-Shany SH205 and Gals GA15
Top coat-Seche Vite

So what do you think of this mani??  For some reason I am on a green and turquoise kick right now.  I feel like I can't stop using it.  Right before I sat down to paint this on my nails I told my Hubby that I was not going to use green...yeah that didn't work.  Hubby walked past me as I was painting my last nail and said I thought you weren't going to use green this time.  I had to hang my head in shame because I didn't even realize I had did it.  LOL!  Oh well.

So last night my sister in law, cousins and niece did our nails.  I should have took pictures of every one's mani but we did not finish until 11:00 last night.  My cousin Tyler did send me a picture of her mani that we did last night.  Her base colors are Essie Mojito Madness and Orly Dayglow.  We stamped with Kleancolor Metallic Red and Black and Petites Sand Dune.  I must say I loved the way her mani turned out!  See her mani below.

Do you use the same color for your mani's??  How do you decide what color to paint your nails??  Thanks so much for stopping by.

Four leaf clovered dots...

Hey everyone!!  I hope everyone is having a great day!!  I am officially addicted to indie polishes!  I purchase my first one about two weeks ago.  I purchased Lush Lacquers Clowning Around and I have since purchased three more!  I am planning to down size my polish collection though so I am trying to stay off of Etsy.  For who cares Clowning Around is a beautiful multi-colored and multi-sized NEON glitter!  OMG I love it!!  I have worn it several times but have yet to get pictures taken before I mess it up.  I am off work for the summer now so that will make it easier to get pictures before I mess them up.

This mani introduces another indie polish I have purchased from Pipe Dream Polish.  Love it!  It is black and white hex glitters!  I am in love!!  I purchase another from Pipe Dream that I will be doing some nail art with soon.  I only need one more polishes at this time.  I would love a black, white and red mix glitter.  If you know of a brand that has this type of polish please let me know!  Any way enough of me blabbing here is the mani...

Mani Ingredients
Base color-China Glaze Four Leaf Clover
Glitter accents-Pipe Dream P-Push it
Image plate-Cheeky CH40
Stamping polish-Konad White
Top coat-Seche Vite

What do you think??  I have a problem at times with these Cheeky summer plate sets.  They are engraved super deep and they often smear.  When there is an image I have not used before I forget to kind of blow to dry the image before I pick it up with the stamp.  I have found this helps me.  Also for some reason my Seche turned my Konad white yellow.  Really??  Not that the bottle of Seche says "non yellowing".

Have you purchased any indie polishes lately or before??  What is your favorite indie brand??

Welcome all new followers!!  I hope you enjoy the nail art!  Thanks for stopping by!
